The Brockport Golden Eagles won their third game in a row defeating the Alfred State Pioneers 55-6.
The underclassmen continued to shine throughout the homecoming event, especially Jala Coad, who had his second consecutive multi score game, two touchdowns to go with 11 carries for 102 yards. We talked with him post-game, as he thanked the offensive line and Brockport head coach Jason Mangone.
Brockport improves to 3-1, and will begin Empire 8 play next Saturday as the Golden Eagles travel to Pittsford to face the St. John Fisher Cardinals in the 15th annual Courage Bowl to benefit Camp Good Days. Kickoff is at 6pm with pregame at 5:30 on 89.1 The Point.
