Three arrests have been made in connection to the local west side crime pattern in Monroe County.
Two 15 year old juveniles as well as 16 year old Jonathan Pagan-Rivera, 16, Rochester, are charged with Burglary in the 3rd degree and Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree after allegedly stealing three dirt bikes on Fisher Rd. in the town of Chili. The suspects reportedly broke through a garage window to steal the bikes, and were seen running through wooded backyards. Deputies were able to track one of the individuals with help from a K-9.
Pagan-Rivera was arraigned and remanded to court on $1,000 cash/ $2,000 bond, and the juveniles are to appear in court at a later date. The dirt bikes have since been recovered.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, ”Investigators believe 22 or more incidents are related to the west side crime pattern that began in June.” Additional charges to the three individuals arrested yesterday may be pending.
